To facilitate your stay, Roccoimob offers the option of direct installments via PIX or Bank Slip. This payment model is governed by the Vacation Rental rules (Law 8.245/91) and by the conditions below:
1. Data Required for Registration
For the issuance of the receipts and the Lease Agreement, we request:
- Personal: Full name, document (CPF for Brazilians; passport or DNI for foreigners), E-mail and WhatsApp.
- Address: Zip Code, Street, Number, Complement, Neighborhood and City.
2. Installment Conditions
Installment payment is a convenience offered by the real estate agency, subject to administrative processing fees per quota:
- High Season: Installment in up to 6 installments, with an increase of R$ 100.00 per installment.
- Example: Reserve of R$ 6,000.00 in 6 installments = Total of R$ 6,600.00.
- Low Season: Installment in up to 3 installments, with an increase of R$ 50.00 per installment.
3. Payment Methods and Maturity
- We exclusively accept PIX or Bank Slip.
- The due dates will be agreed upon at the time of booking, and the last installment must be paid within 48 hours before check-in.
- The reservation is only considered confirmed after the payment of the first installment (deposit).
4. Delays and Penalties
As permitted by Brazilian civil law:
- Default Interest: In case of delay in the payment of any installment, interest of 2% per month will be charged on the amount of the outstanding installment.
- Cancellation due to Default: Delays of more than 30 days in any of the intermediate installments give Roccoimob the right to terminate the reservation, making the property available for new rental. In this case, the fines for withholding amounts provided for in our cancellation policy apply.
5. Cancellation and Refund
The installment payment does not change the rules for withdrawal. In case of cancellation, the refund will be calculated on the total value of the contract, discounting the administrative installment fees already processed.
